To support stacking, the boxes have Velcro tabs that lock boxes in place to stabilise them through intense workouts. On its own, the 60cm box is for advanced and adventurous users. For a great workout at this height, you should try box jumps, box lunges, and step-ups with a knee raise. Our Soft Plyo Boxes are made from a high density EPE foam.
